I have 100 pulls right now (28000 gems), what should I pull for?

I know Hikari is a supporter exclusive to Vibration, so if you don't have any good supporters, consider pulling for her, or if you have Sunako. (I don't really recommend it, but I pulled for her when I was getting Nozomi.) For Kyome-ru, if you lack usable Pierce dealers, or if you want to consistently place in Gold for Heavy Armor Insurgency and Decisive Battles, consider pulling for her. (I don't recommend this either.) You might know Rio, but she's good for clearing stages and is frequently used in Insurgency and Decisive Battles, so most people recommend Rio. Please point out any mistakes in the comments.

I already pulled Sunako before, and I usually borrow a dealer, so I'll pull for Rio. Thanks!
