Fern Yukgaejang
The fern yukgaejang I ordered from a famous restaurant I visited in Jeju Island last August arrived today. It might be a visually divisive dish, but my family enjoyed it very much~ It's not a clear broth like a typical hangover soup, but rather thick, and the fern aroma really comes through, making it delicious.
