Ways of Getting Angry by MBTI Type
It's surprisingly fun how anger responses are divided by MBTI type. I found many parts really relatable after reading it. When I get angry or upset, tears tend to come first, making it hard to say what I really want to say. I might have a lot to say in my head, but in the moment, it feels like my words get choked up by tears. Then, when I get home and think about it alone, I sometimes regret not saying anything at the time, or think I should have said it this way. Once time passes and my emotions settle down, the things I wanted to say start coming to mind one by one. But by then, it feels like I've missed the timing, so I often end up keeping them to myself. Normally, I try to let things go smoothly, but sometimes I wish I could express my feelings properly right then and there. It seems expressing emotions immediately isn't as easy as it looks. Do you find that the anger type corresponding to your MBTI matches your actual personality? ๐ค

Moomoo, it's completely natural to get emotional when something upsetting happens! I'm also an ENFJ, so I tend to be very sensitive like you, Moomoo. Let's try to calm our hearts slowly so we don't regret it later when we're alone. ๋ฐ๋ผ๋ฐ๋ผ๐ท

It seems similar to me. Personally, the second method is what I consider ideal, so I'm envious. I wish I could act like that.

I'm an INTP, but depending on the situation, all 4 are possible lololol. But originally, I was the type to just go with the flow as the indicators showed, so I rarely got angry lol. But after starting to work and getting older, I've become more prone to tears and anger lololol

I'm an ESTP, and it kinda feels right. It's a bit ambiguous though, being between 1 and 2...

It's really interesting how MBTI types express anger differently! Reading it, I found many parts relatable, and I think sometimes I pretend to be fine but am actually thinking a lot internally. The part about not being able to say what you want in the moment and then regretting it later while thinking alone was particularly impressive. While everyone expresses emotions differently, I believe it's also important to honestly convey your feelings. Thanks for the great read! ๐

I don't think it matches very well for me... Or does it? I and T are generally fixed, but N and P change often... When I get angry, I do cry, but usually when I'm stressed, my head is rational, yet tears just keep flowing... I'm tired...

They seem pretty similar. When people get angry, their already loud voices just get louder.

I used to be an ENFP and now I'm an ENTP, but I think pink is my strongest trait lol. Next is ENTP.

Is MBTI really pseudoscience lol It kinda feels right though, it's fascinating haha But no matter the type, I think everyone goes ballistic when they're truly angry lol Thanks for the post haha
