Because when you go downstairs, your knees have to withstand immense 'eccentric contraction' and dynamic impact forces! When walking on flat ground, your knees bear about 1 to 2 times your body weight. But when 'going downstairs,' this number instantly skyrockets to 3 to 4 times your body weight (and can even reach 7 times when going downhill)! This is because, when descending stairs, the supporting leg must bend and slowly relax against gravity (known as eccentric contraction in muscle science). At this time, the body's gravitational acceleration and the impact force of stepping down are concentrated on the patella (kneecap) and cartilage of the knee joint. If the 'quadriceps' muscles in the front of your thighs lack sufficient strength to act like 'a car's brake shock absorber' in time, this massive impact force, several times your body weight, will directly slam into your knee joint cartilage!

Playio crashed my game🫠

I was really looking forward to it, but my order was canceled without warning today. Feeling a bit disappointed. ☆We advocate for rational communication and warm interaction here. Tested over ten, and almost none qualified. They even say you don't qualify halfway through filling it out. Even so, they should at least give some gems as a consolation prize.

Naming Background: Jupiter's four Galilean moons are mostly named after mythological figures associated with Zeus (Jupiter in Roman mythology), and Io is one of them. Basic Information: Io is Jupiter's innermost and largest moon, with a diameter of about 3,643 km, slightly larger than Earth's Moon. It orbits Jupiter approximately every 1.77 Earth days. Volcanic Activity: It is the most volcanically active celestial body known in the Solar System, with hundreds of volcanoes on its surface that erupt lava and sulfurous materials. Why so active? Io is subjected to intense tidal heating due to the immense gravitational pull of Jupiter, combined with the periodic gravitational tugs from Europa and Ganymede. This constant stretching and squeezing generates enormous internal heat. Surface Environment: Io has virtually no substantial atmosphere. Extremely cold regions on its surface can reach as low as about -150°C, while lava near active volcanoes can exceed 1,000°C. Space Exploration: NASA's Voyager 1 captured plumes from Io's volcanoes in 1979, providing the first direct evidence of active volcanism beyond Earth. Later missions like Galileo and Juno have continued to study it. The most remarkable feature of Io to remember is this: it's not hot because it's close to the Sun, but because the gravitational forces within the Jovian system constantly knead its interior, generating continuous heat. So beautiful, like gold.

This artwork depicts a scene composed of rocks, peach blossoms, and a small bird perched on them. Though the subject is simple, it effectively showcases Zhang Daqian's mastery in expressive bird-and-flower painting. The rocks in the painting are rendered with bold brushstrokes and rich variations in ink tones. The peach blossom branches extend outwards with vigorous lines, while the flowers and leaves are depicted with lively dabs of color that are bright and vibrant. The artist did not meticulously paint each petal or painstakingly detail every feather of the bird, but rather captured the form and spirit of the subjects with precise brushwork. What's particularly admirable in this painting is the arrangement of 'movement and stillness.' The rocks are stable, the branches extend outwards, and the small bird rests within them, giving the composition a sense of stability while also brimming with life. The contrast between the delicate beauty of the peach blossoms and the ruggedness of the rocks prevents the artwork from becoming overly sweet or fragile. Zhang Daqian's bird-and-flower paintings are often overshadowed by the fame of his ink-wash and splash-ink landscapes and his Dunhuang figure paintings. However, small pieces like this precisely reveal his command of traditional expressive brush and ink techniques: with just a few strokes, seemingly casual, each brushstroke is actually controlled to dictate the rhythm and balance of the composition. Everyone in this world has their own perspective. Some will admire you, and others will dislike you. Some criticisms have reasons, and some prejudices have no answers. People have their own beliefs, and you can't expect everyone to understand you with goodwill. When facing criticism and judgment, first reflect on yourself, don't rush to get angry; first discern right from wrong, don't rush to defend. If you've done wrong, correct it; if you haven't, don't be bothered by it. The most tiring thing for a person is not what others say about you, but taking every word to heart and tormenting yourself over it. No matter how perfect you are, you can't avoid others' prejudices; no matter how cautious you are, you can't shut the mouths of those who love to gossip. Maintain the etiquette you should, and uphold the virtues you should have. You don't need to explain yourself to everyone, nor prove yourself everywhere. You can hear what people say, but you don't have to take it to heart. Don't get lost in praise, don't be shaken by slander; Guard your own heart, and walk your own path. Life is finite, so don't waste your precious energy and heart on gossip and disputes.

Life doesn't always have to be rushed. At your own pace, make time for what you truly love. #GoodnightFriends_HappyWeekendStarts_FullOfJoy☘️
