That afternoon, the warm sunlight streamed onto the striped sofa. Sammy, a floppy-eared kitten with golden stripes and a snow-white belly, was comfortably lounging as I gave him a grooming session. He squinted his big amber eyes slightly, purring with satisfaction, completely unaware that with each stroke of the brush, his fluffy, soft fur was quietly piling up into a small mountain. After brushing, I looked at this pile of 'Sammy fur' that smelled of sunshine and suddenly got an idea to grab my wool felting needle. With some skillful poking and kneading, these discarded hairs transformed into nine round, squishy 'mini Sammys'. I neatly lined up these nine little clones on the sofa and even put up a small sign that read: 'Sammy's Furry Army'. Sammy curiously approached, first sniffing with his pink nose, then nudging one with his paw. Looking at these nine 'clone cats' that looked exactly like him but were flat and tiny, a proud yet confused expression flickered across Sammy's face, as if to say, 'Did I really give birth to these little guys?' Finally, Sammy simply lay down in place, resting his chin on the edge of the sofa, quietly watching this 'mini army' made of his own fur. Under the warm afternoon sun, the big Sammy and his nine mini-clones together created the most healing and adorable scene. Sammy's felted fur babies are so cute~ Can I sell them? 😆

Beneath an old oak tree deep in the forest lived a little hedgehog named 'Pipi'. The small animals of the forest were afraid to get close because of Pipi's quills, but only an injured dove named 'Gugu' fell near its tree hollow. Pipi didn't chase Gugu away. Instead, it carefully used its soft belly to shield Gugu from the wind and collected berries for it every day. Under Pipi's warm care, Gugu's wings gradually healed. As spring turned to autumn, Gugu was finally able to spread its wings and fly high. Friends advised Gugu to leave the dark tree hollow and go to the vast sky. But Gugu shook its head and chose to stay. When winter returned and a blizzard swept through the entire forest, the old oak's tree hollow was buried under thick snow. To protect the cold Pipi, Gugu wrapped its wings tightly around the hedgehog's chilly body, using its own warmth to ward off the harsh cold. In the spring of the following year, the snow melted. Gugu quietly closed its eyes and peacefully lay beside Pipi. Pipi then gently buried Gugu beneath the old oak tree, cherishing this interspecies friendship for a lifetime.

On the cliff's edge where the sea breeze howled, stood an old lighthouse. The lighthouse keeper, an old man, had rescued a dying kitten in his youth and named it 'A-ju'. From that day on, A-ju became the lighthouse's most loyal guardian. As years passed, the old man's steps grew slower, but A-ju always stayed by his side. Whenever night fell and the lighthouse's powerful beam lit up, A-ju would hop onto a wooden crate next to the control panel, quietly keeping the old man company during night shifts. Later, the old man fell ill and was admitted to the hospital, never to return to the lighthouse. A-ju, however, did not leave. Every evening, it would still jump onto the wooden crate, gazing out at the dark sea. The villagers, feeling sorry for it, wanted to take it home to raise, but it always stubbornly ran back to the lighthouse. One night, a few months later, the lighthouse beam flickered a few times and then went out. A-ju was found curled up gently on the old man's worn-out coat, its eyes peacefully closed. It had fulfilled its promise of companionship throughout its life, until its very last moment.
