Ingredients (Serves 1-2) Store-bought Guiling Gao (Turtle Jelly) or Grass Jelly: 1 box (approx. 200-250g) Fresh Milk: approx. 100ml Coconut Milk / Cream: approx. 30-50ml (for aroma; can substitute with all milk if unavailable) Honey or Honey Syrup: to taste (adjust sweetness as preferred) Ice cubes: optional Instructions Cut into cubes: Pour out the store-bought Guiling Gao or grass jelly and cut it into bite-sized cubes. Place them in a bowl. Mix the liquids: In a cup, combine the fresh milk and coconut milk until well mixed. Drizzle with sweetness: Add a little honey or syrup to the Guiling Gao/grass jelly according to your personal preference. Assemble and serve: Slowly pour the mixed coconut milk over the jelly in the bowl. Add a few ice cubes and stir gently. Enjoy! Serving Suggestions (Feel free to customize) Enhance texture: Add cooked taro balls, tapioca pearls, sago, or freshly diced mango or peach. Cooling and refreshing: Both grass jelly and Guiling Gao are great for clearing heat and relieving summer heat. If you're concerned about the slight bitterness of Guiling Gao, using grass jelly will result in a sweeter and smoother taste.

This is a vegetarian restaurant I highly recommend. It's hidden in a corner of Puzi. My favorite, the one I eat most often and love the most, is their squid soup (you can choose rice, noodles, or glass noodles). The owner runs the place by himself. It's only $70 per bowl. It's quite a large portion, not those small, expensive bowls with little filling. It used to be $60 per bowl, but due to rising prices of plastic bags and other things, the owner said he couldn't keep up with the costs anymore, so he had to increase the price. It's not just a soup with some added ingredients or a main dish added. It's made with real ingredients, containing things like cabbage and wood ear mushrooms. It leaves you feeling full and satisfied. I really recommend it to anyone who eats vegetarian or is trying to eat vegetarian to go find the owner and buy from him. If you go, feel free to share your experience with me too❣️ The owner seems to primarily worship <Baishatun Mazu>. When Mazu was on her pilgrimage, the owner personally carried Mazu on his back and walked with her. He's truly amazing👍👍👍 The name of this restaurant is likely derived from the Baishatun Mazu at the owner's shop. The red ribbon hanging on the Mazu statue says 'Cixin Mazu'. The shop's name is "Cixin Vegetarian". To search for it, type <Puzi Cixin Vegetarian>. Honestly, there aren't many vegetarian restaurants in Puzi. Most of the ones that do exist are buffet-style. The taste of the soup reminds me of the soup I used to eat as a child, a nostalgic flavor, and the squid soup is really quite special. The shop is very bright and tidy. It feels absolutely great～ The menu was posted by the owner on his Facebook 4 months ago. The prices on the menu might have changed, so the actual prices are subject to what's available at the shop.

So many gems! But it's a hassle to keep filling out surveys, and I often don't qualify... What does playio want to become? Isn't it supposed to be about playing games to earn gems?
