It uses a no-pity system, meaning you might get it after spending a few thousand points, or it could take tens of thousands. I saw many people spend over 8000 points last time, and that was considered lucky. Some unlucky ones spent close to 20,000 points. The effects and such for this skin are definitely valuable, but personally, I think a pity system would be better. At least you'd know the maximum amount of points you'd need to spend. What are your thoughts?
