Chapter 5: The Breakup at Dragon's Maw

On the day of the actual combat, torrential rain poured down. The Black Anya Legion's offensive was extremely fierce, and both sides engaged in a tug-of-war battle near the Dragon's Maw. The instructor issued orders from the rear: "Abandon the dragon, retreat to the second tower for resource exchange. The win rate is 72%." This was the safest choice, and the most rational choice. But Ye Ling looked at his teammates fighting valiantly, and at the tiny opening revealed by the enemy's greed—an opening not in the system's calculation library, because it required a gamble with the risk of losing everything. "Captain, are we retreating?" a teammate's voice trembled. Ye Ling closed his eyes. The system's red text 'Recommended Retreat' flashed wildly in his mind. The next second, he pressed the button to turn off the communicator. "We're not retreating," Ye Ling drew his greatsword, his eyes cold. "Everyone, charge into the dragon pit with me, target – the enemy's core backline!"
