High level, but lots of money, not enough crafting equipment

I've been really addicted to this game for a long time. Paired with events, you can play for ages. Turns out I have a lot of money, but not enough equipment, which makes leveling up very slow. I'm around level 50 now, are there any hidden quests I can still claim? In other games before, I contacted customer service and got extra hidden rewards, is that possible here too??
