Bragging
Tried making Chef Ah-Qing's old-school style batter egg pancake for the kids. Adjusted the ratios and order of steps this time. Adding chopped green onions makes the batter less fluid, resulting in a thicker pancake, but as long as it's pan-fried until crispy, it's delicious. My daughter saw the photo I took and said: 'The photo looks unappetizing....' Added a little brown sugar this time, and noticed small bugs while mixing. Picked them out, then a second, third... move to the right! What's up with so many small black bugs today? I need to grab the fourth one and take a closer look. Presbyopia and a goldfish memory are too painful... Isn't this just the brown sugar I added earlier?orz.... Conclusion: I think I'm really good at cooking, it smells amazing~ My kids though.... Has anyone else tried this?

Looks pretty good 🤤 But why add brown sugar, is it some secret recipe?

Nice plating! The pic on the left is good, but the one on the right, meh.

Why add brown sugar? Are you making something sweet with it separately?

As a fan of rice flour crepes, I'm definitely saving this.

I think each has its pros and cons. It rained in Beitou, Taipei today, and I thought there wouldn't be much business, but I was swamped! So many people bought Si Shen Tang. I'm so tired, I've been busy since 4 PM.

Haha, that sounds like a good suggestion.
