The simple joys in life are gathering with family to eat, enjoying precious time together. For breakfast, clear congee with side dishes, and for dinner, a warm ginger duck stew + home-style dishes~~💓

Saw someone introduce luffa stir-fry, and it reminded me of what I've cooked before. Tomato and Luffa Egg Stir-fry: First, stir-fry the eggs until 70-80% cooked and set aside. Chop and stir-fry the tomatoes and luffa until cooked. Then, mix in the cooked eggs. Stir-fry a few more times and season. Alternatively, slice the luffa thinly, pan-fry until 70-80% cooked, then pour in the beaten egg mixture. Cook until done. I used a 4-cup round pan for this, so shaping it was easy.

Yesterday, I rode my motorcycle to work. The wind was really strong, and my bike was shaking precariously. There were broken tree branches on the road and various things knocked over along the roadside. Thankfully, I made it to work safely in the end.

Pancake mix is such a convenient thing. Each brand has a slightly different recipe, so just pick one you like. Add water/milk/soy milk according to the instructions, stir it around... Then you can either bake it in a machine, or cook it on a griddle over the stove, it's all delicious. #No need to go out for delicious food on a typhoon day

I've forgotten the original name of this bread from the recipe I referenced. All I know is the filling is cream cheese + honey + dried cranberries, mixed together. The dough itself has no oil or salt. After proofing and shaping (wrapping the filling inside and rolling into a ball), make a cut before putting it in the oven. Spray water after putting it in the oven. This way, the crust will be crispy when baked. The filling is fragrant and sweet, and everyone, adults and kids alike, loves it😍😍
