《World of Outward》 Game Guide: Major & Minor Heavenly King Cards (Revised)

"Heavenly King Cards" refer to cards in the permanent pool that are on par with limited pool cards in terms of stats (dual-stat cards with extremely high attribute values), making them the most valuable mainstays to acquire and cultivate from the permanent pool. There are four Major Heavenly King Cards (Great Heavenly Kings) and Minor Heavenly King Cards among the top-tier permanent silhouettes: **The Four Heavenly King Cards (Great Heavenly Kings, 4 total)** - Gu Shiye: "Unaware of the Long Day" - Yi Yu: "Delusion" - Bai Yuan: "Coronation Moment" - Xia Xiaoyin: "Parting" **Minor Heavenly King Cards (Monthly Card/Specific Pool, 3 total)** - Yi Yu: "No Old Friends at the World's End" - Gu Shiye: "Dreaming of Tonight" - Xia Xiaoyin: "Distant as the Stars" - Bai Yuan: None. Regarding card cultivation strategy, **The Four Heavenly King Cards (World Cards, 4 total)** - Gu Shiye: "Unaware of the Long Day" - Yi Yu: "Delusion" - Bai Yuan: "Coronation Moment" - Xia Xiaoyin: "Parting" **Minor Heavenly King Cards (Monthly Card, 3 total)** - Yi Yu: "No Old Friends at the World's End" - Gu Shiye: "Dreaming of Tonight" - Xia Xiaoyin: "Distant as the Stars" - Bai Yuan: None. The general recommendation for cultivation priority is: Cumulative Recharge Cards > Heavenly King Cards > Other Normal Permanent Cards. Except for the highest stat for Physique (from the "End of Dreams" card pool - Bai Yuan - Echo of Remnants), the strongest cards (single-stat) are basically all Cumulative Recharge Cards. Since the permanent pool has no single-character UP banners and features many characters, even players from the game's launch might not easily collect all Heavenly King Cards. Therefore, it's not recommended to force yourself to get them all!! If you're purely a story-focused player, don't worry at all, you can clear stages without Heavenly King Cards~
