Has anyone encountered 'Choosing your own path, but the devs give you a different one'?

I mean, if I choose 'Jungle + All-rounder' and get matched on other lanes, that's normal. But if I choose 'Jungle + Support' and end up on the Caesar lane, that's really weird. The devs' system seems to be having issues. Also, about Arena's background music, I really don't like it. It's worse than that song 'Against the Wind'.
