Toast Egg

Jumping on the bandwagon, trying this out. Take a slice of toast (thick or thin, either works). Use a knife or kitchen scissors to cut out a square from the soft center part of the toast. Place the toast frame in a non-stick pan, spray a little oil in the empty space. Once hot, crack an egg into it. Then, put the cut-out toast piece back on top. Pan-fry both sides until cooked to your liking. For kids with small appetites, one slice of toast with an egg is just right.
