Encounter in the Woods

Deep within the mountain bamboo forest, the air plummeted due to the extreme cold. "Gather your chi to the dantian..." Fynn, clad in a white robe, practiced his movements and energy circulation beneath a tree. His ears twitched. A blast of cold air hit him as a swift, dark blue silhouette shot out from the depths of the dense woods. Nak, eyes glowing red, lunged with claws tearing through the air. Fynn's gaze was steady as water. He stepped into a Tai Chi stance, dodging the ferocious strike at the last possible moment. With a push of his hand, he neutralized the force. "I am not prey," he stated calmly. Nak retracted his claws and stabilized himself, casting a cold glance at Fynn. "Strange rabbit." With that, the wolf's shadow turned and vanished back into the forest, and the snowstorm quietly subsided.
