It's a chain restaurant. It's also one of those places where I think the name is super hard to pronounce 🤣 But their food is really delicious~ The cooked meats are all seared, so besides the quality itself being fresh, that subtle smoky aroma is truly irresistible. Pairing it with a soft-boiled egg is just perfect 🤤 I used to eat here quite often a few years ago, whether for takeout or dine-in. But the branch near my house said they were renovating last year, and I haven't seen them open for a long time 🥲 However, the other day when I was riding my motorcycle past, I happened to see workers repainting the shop's walls. So, I guess I'll have a chance to eat there again in the future... maybe 🥺 For now, I can only drool over old photos and reminisce~

This meat with a poached egg is so sinful, and the restaurant's name is impossible to remember! Haha

That seared, juicy meat looks incredibly appetizing. It's great that the shop has been renovated. Perhaps you'll be able to taste that nostalgic flavor again soon. When it reopens, why not go back and savor that sense of satisfaction?

There's one at our local train station. Is it just that the one in Shulin is particularly bad? LOL
