Homemade Toast
Making toast is really simple. The difficult part is dough fermentation... Without a professional proofing box, the dough usually has a mind of its own, and it chooses how it wants to ferment 😂😂😂 So when I see the toast dough growing tall, this housewife gets very happy.

I can tell a lot of effort went into each piece, especially the distinct layers of the swirl, which look quite delicious. The fermentation process is indeed full of variables, so it's commendable that you managed it so well.
