This was from PX Mart, I was curious and managed to grab a set for 'buy and take away'. And the price is super discounted (you can often find great deals). For the oil, I used brown rice oil (other low-odor oils suitable for frying work too👍🏻). I tore them into small pieces by hand, about half a sheet at a time, stacked them, and tore again into eight small pieces. After putting everything in the pan, I added oil and fried them over low heat. Once they turned slightly golden brown, I tossed them around until they became crispy, then took them out. I really love low-temperature cooking that still cooks thoroughly.
