Feeling really down
This morning I found out that hundreds of my Coolpen Coins just disappeared. It says they've expired, but I couldn't find any mention of the expiration date for Coolk Coins anywhere. I'm feeling absolutely terrible. I even asked customer service, and they told me I have to calculate the 6-month period myself. This system design is truly awful. It should directly state the expiration date. Who has time to calculate that every single day?

That kind of design is indeed troublesome, no wonder you're so upset. Since customer service mentioned a six-month limit, perhaps next time you could try to use them up before the expiration date to avoid losing resources again. You've worked hard during this time.
