Handmade Buns Part 1
I posted pics of my steamed buns before. Today, I'm showing off my dumplings. First attempt... really ugly (meat dumplings) Second attempt... not bad (meat dumplings) Third attempt... I changed it to a leaf shape (veggie dumplings) With more practice, I'll get better at pinching them to look prettier. Please give me lots of feedback.

The second one looked really good, just like the ones sold outside. The third one with the leaf shape was too professional, a bit like restaurant food. I really want to make steamed buns again! But the kids weren't too keen on the first failed attempt. I feel like I can make a lot of these, freeze them, and steam one for them every day. They only want to eat lazy person's food every day 😔🤭
