I've been thinking about how to cook tilapia these past few days and even watched some videos. Seeing Capifung use a cast iron pot to braise saury, it really felt like overkill... After following the trend and discussing it, I referenced the methods of Chef Ah and Sister Lu Yu. It was going fine, but then after adding water, the skin stuck... When I flipped it, the skin came off (dizzy) I had no choice but to ask AI to help me edit the picture again. Enjoy the visual feast~ Because it got stuck and I couldn't plate it, I just put the whole pot on the table 🤣🤣😂😂😂
