Typhoon Surigae Expected to Form by Wednesday: The Meteorological Bureau stated that a tropical disturbance is continuously developing, with a possibility of making landfall in Taiwan after the Mid-Autumn Festival holiday. Holiday Weather Forecast: Friday and Saturday will offer the most stable weather, perfect for barbecues and moon gazing. However, starting Sunday, the outer circulation of the typhoon will approach, causing the weather to change first in the eastern half of the island, bringing strong winds and localized heavy rain.
