About This Game - 4. Karma

## Karma - Defeating enemies or performing certain actions will increase your Karma value. - Regarding specific actions: Breaking things increases it (boxes, jars, skulls). Opening chests does not (probably because you consume a key XD). - Also, when you kill a slime, it splits into smaller slimes. Killing the small slimes does not increase Karma. - Increasing your Karma level allows you to choose abilities. You get buffs along with debuffs (so far, I've only seen percentage reductions to the player's max HP). There are 3 cards, and you can swipe left or right to choose. - Your Karma level can be used after clearing or dying. Enter the Fate Rift, find an NPC, and spend Karma to unlock more blessings or gain enhanced abilities (for the next run only). - Karma does not carry over, so try to spend it all.
