Return from China

Previously, the management of my company were all Taiwanese. In the last two to three years, a lot of senior executives who went to China have returned to Taiwan. They've been in China for so long that they don't understand Taiwan's management style anymore! But they can't let you see that they don't understand. So they want everyone to change to the way they're used to. As a result, long-time employees, who used to do a bit extra because the atmosphere was good, now just focus on their own tasks and leave on time. Meanwhile, the top boss completely fails to see this. I feel so exhausted.
