How to quickly unlock the farming encyclopedia?

I saw some people have already unlocked it. Even if I farm every day, it shouldn't be this fast, right? I don't even have enough planting coins to upgrade card levels. What should I plant for the highest planting coin yield? It can't be by stealing crops every day, can it? Otherwise, how could they unlock it so quickly?
