Read your post. If I were the boss, I'd also be too lazy to say anything, and you already know the reasons: poor performance, high costs. You're still insisting on a to-do list, which is really for lower-level staff and assistants... Just set up SOPs or 5S/6S standards. Then you won't need to be stuck on a to-do list all day.
