They recently launched pre-orders for two new flavors. We waited a long time and finally got notified for pickup, so we made a special trip to the store to get the Rich Matcha and Pistachio flavors. The Rich Matcha Cookie Cream uses Japanese Uji Marukyu Koyamaen matcha, with double the amount of matcha powder in the filling and blended with fermented butter. It has a rich, bittersweet tea flavor that goes down smoothly with the soft raw bread. The Marukyu Koyamaen Matcha Pistachio Cookie Cream has matcha kneaded into the dough, making it moist and elastic.
