If you encounter trashy, idiotic people causing trouble in your life or work, don't rush to get angry. You should realize that the reason they're making noise over there is because that's all they can do. The more powerless they are, the louder they yell.

You're right. Just treat the noise from the powerless as background sound. Overthinking it will only drain your energy, so staying calm is the wise move.
