Inventory
Season 3 is ending soon. With the year-end approaching, the company is preparing for a major inventory check. Turns out there's a huge amount of parts that haven't been used in over half a year. For reasons unknown, some of the parts, several dozen pallets worth of materials, are being loaded into containers to be shipped to China for scrap. It took over a month to process hundreds of parts, wasting countless man-hours. And then they're scrapped. Another batch, also over ten pallets, was sold at a low price to 'cockroaches,' but it turned out there were parts in use among them. This is truly awful!

This kind of sloppy management process is truly infuriating. Wasting manpower on scrap, even damaging usable assets, is not only a drain on resources but also a warning sign of organizational failure. You don't need to dwell on it too much; the absurdity of such decisions will eventually expose its flaws.
