Motion-activated bird repeller, tried it, it works~

The core of a motion-activated bird repeller is utilizing birds' innate fear instincts. It triggers their 'anti-predator response' by playing the calls of avian predators like hawks and owls, making the birds mistakenly believe there's danger and flee. ◎ Output Sound: Calls of predatory birds such as hawks, owls, etc. ◎ Effective Coverage: AUTO Mode: Over 1 acre (when volume is at maximum). PIR Mode: 130˚ fan-shaped area, approximately 6 meters in radius. 🔴Simply repeating one sound will quickly lead birds to 'get used to it' and ignore it. Therefore, effective bird repellers employ a series of techniques to maintain deterrence: Selection of sound material, adoption of random playback strategy (core), motion-triggered mechanism 🔴Real-world limitations: Habituation is the biggest challenge Despite the techniques mentioned above, habituation remains the biggest limitation for acoustic bird deterrents. If the device repeatedly plays the same sound in the same location for an extended period, and birds discover there's no actual physical threat, they will eventually learn to ignore these sounds and may even perch directly on the device. Therefore, it's usually recommended to move these bird repellers periodically or combine them with visual deterrents (like reflective tape, raptor decoys) to extend their effectiveness. I didn't buy one, but birds used to frequently inhabit my window-type air conditioner, making loud noises... I tried playing the sound from this video, and the birds disappeared~ It works! However, since there are no other protective measures, I hope the birds near my house don't get used to this audio 🤣🤣🤣

Using predator sounds is definitely a clever move, but birds are highly adaptable. This old man reminds you to change the frequency or location periodically, lest they realize it's just a false alarm.

There's a park right next to my house, and if I try to shoo away the pigeons that are just hanging out on my window AC unit's platform, it might disturb the other bird residents in the park too... 🤔🤔🤔

I wonder if it'll work on pigeons too.
