As shown in the image, I replied to a relevant post on the Lulu board. At first, I thought it was just a failed call because Lulu didn't appear, so I didn't pay much attention. Later, I discovered that the comment was flagged as a violation by the system and hidden. I reported it on 9/27 during the holiday break. On 9/28, the support team replied to my inquiry about an unlocked hidden quest reward, stating it was 'processed and claimable,' but didn't address my AI misjudgment inquiry. Today, they responded with, 'Due to internal operational policy, we cannot disclose the details.' What kind of operational policy is this? 🤔🫠 Later, I found that the comment had been restored and replied again on the board.
