銀杏樹
Tears Like Rain (Nada Sou Sou)
Originally sung by Ryoko Moriyama, it became a widely known classic Japanese song after being covered by Rimi Natsukawa. Due to its immense popularity, there are numerous cover versions. Chinese versions include: Jia Jia - Accompany Me to Watch the Sunrise Victor Wong - Sparkling Tears Taiwanese Hokkien version: Victor Wong - White Egret English version: Hayley Westenra - Nada Sou Sou There are many other cover versions in various languages besides the ones listed above, but I won't list them all. Rimi Natsukawa's version is truly beautiful, but I'll share the covers by Yuuri and Aina here, which are also excellent. They are both more contemporary artists. When my professor first played this song for us in college, I was quite amazed. It's an old song with a very distinct charm. The phrase 'Kimi e no omoi, nada sou sou' (My feelings for you, tears like rain) is truly beautiful.
