It can be read as 'Chi' (地) for Earth, but also as 'Chi' (知) for knowledge, 'Chi' (血) for blood, or 'Chi' (自) for freedom. The 'period' after 'Chi' symbolizes a celestial body and adds trajectory lines, representing both 'celestial motion' and 'earthly motion'. The opening theme song 'Kaiju' features the lyrics: "This world is conveniently incomplete, that's why I want to know..." (この世界は好都合に未完成，だから知りたいんだ……. ), which almost serves as the story's main theme. Both the geocentric and heliocentric theories are imperfect, forcing opposing scholars to set aside their pride or even their lives, and rely on each other's data in their pursuit of truth. If you're interested in history, astronomy, or religion, this work is highly recommended.
