Day 13, Treadmill The movie I watched today was about phone scams. There are so many scams these days, not just through calls but also emails. It's really impossible to guard against them all.

不錯耶運動時間又增長了，我之前才收到email的詐騙我就被騙了，遠通ETC的點了他的連結，被騙了42000，申訴爭議款失敗，要自己全部，太笨了把OTP都給人家😭😭😭

That's great, the exercise time has increased again. I recently received an email about a Far Eastern ETC scam and got scammed out of 42,000. I even gave them the verification code. Luckily, my credit card limit was only 50,000, so I've now changed it to 30,000 and canceled international transactions. These scams are usually international transactions. If only I had canceled earlier, I would have at least received a reminder. Sigh, a bloody lesson. 😭😭😭😭 I forgot to ask, what movie was it?

I also got scammed via email a while back and had $1000 stolen. I fought hard and got $800 refunded, but had to eat the remaining $200. I was so mad I just cut up my card.
