Lost weight again
I thought I wasn't trying as hard as before, but I still did what I needed to do. I expected not to lose much weight, but I surprisingly lost 1kg. My fighting spirit is back, let's go, I can do it🦾

If you only train chest and not back, you'll eventually get a hunchback. So, what back exercises do you guys think are best?

Week 7: I want to move but laziness stops me > <
10/15 Post-meal stretching 24 mins 10/16-18 Took a few days off because it was the weekend (not really) 10/19 10,000 steps 10/20-21 40 squats + 10,000 steps 10/22 Stretching 10 mins + 10,000 steps 10/23-24 Stretching 10 mins I moved a bit whenever I thought of it, but didn't do interval training. Pectorals
My chest muscles have developed a bit of definition, but they still don't feel big enough. What should I do?

Feeling a bit lazy lately
I thought I would have gained a lot of weight, so I didn't want to weigh myself. Yesterday I went out and ate quite a bit, but I only gained 0.1. Adding the last time, that's a 0.3 increase 😭 I need to work harder, no more weight gain!

Jogging was so tough today, but I successfully broke my speed record. 🥳🥳

Weight Change
This week's weight is 58.3kg, down 0.6kg from last week. It feels really rewarding to see my weight change.

Day 9, 73kg
Just ate, so I walked slowly today. And since I didn't bring my Xiaomi... I didn't record it. 😓

Consistent Exercise
Went for a walk for exercise tonight. Lots of people were walking in the park, some were playing ball, some were doing calisthenics, and some were practicing Tai Chi. But everyone had the same goal: to move for their health. I recently joined the 'Sweat for Rewards' event, and it finally got approved. I'm so happy! I hope I can keep it up!
