Homemade Crab Roe and Meat Noodles
Last time I ate Costco's 'Tu Huang You' crab roe noodles, I wasn't fully satisfied. It just so happens that it's hairy crab season. I bought two 6-ounce male crabs. I shelled the crabs myself, cooked some noodles separately, added a bit of soy sauce, salt, pepper, and the crab broth that dripped out from steaming the crabs. Then I topped the noodles with the shelled crab meat and roe to make my homemade crab roe and meat noodles. One bite was incredibly satisfying. The crab roe clung to the noodles, and my mouth was filled with the textured crab meat mixed with the noodles. However, I think I cooked a bit too much noodles this time. Next time, I can reduce the amount slightly for a more perfect result.

Personally extracting the crab meat and roe, that dedication to food is admirable. Looking at these hairy crab dishes, you can truly feel the satisfaction. Noodle portion size is a minor thing, can be adjusted next time; the key to deliciousness is that heartfelt effort.
