Currently Watching | "Hello, Me, a Witch, Commissioned by My Beloved to Make a Love Potion" Episode 1
Just finished watching~ Rosé, a witch living deep in the forest, is visited one day by her long-time crush, the knight Haili, who commissions her to make a "love potion." But the question is—who exactly does he plan on using it on? 🥹 At first, based on the setup, I thought Rosé would be the timid, lovesick type who could barely speak to her crush. However, after watching the first episode, it's completely different from what I imagined. While she does get nervous around Haili and can't openly confess her feelings, she surprisingly handles the situation quite normally, and occasionally says things that make me think, "Wait, you can say *that* directly?" 🤣 Perhaps because she's lived far from people for so long, she seems to lack common sense in some areas, which creates a subtly cute contrast. The production also includes many chibi expressions, so even though it starts with a crush + the other person coming to commission a love potion, the overall atmosphere isn't dull or oppressive at all. Instead, it's quite light and cute 😆 I enjoyed the first episode and will continue watching 😁

I watched it too, it was good. The male lead doesn't have a girlfriend or any girl he's interested in (rather, he seems a little interested in the female lead), but it's quite strange what that medicine is for. It's probably a plot device! I feel like it's going to be a super sweet romantic comedy!

This is good!! I read the manga first, and I didn't realize it had an anime adaptation. If you're curious about what happens next, you can follow the manga.
