It was once designated as an official souvenir gift from the Kaohsiung City Government to foreign dignitaries. The shop has always insisted on purely handmade production without preservatives, taking a more down-to-earth approach that highlights the original flavor of the ingredients. The handmade egg rolls here currently offer 6 flavors. Each box contains 3 individually packaged servings, making them convenient for storage or sharing with friends. The signature banana flavor is made with fresh fruit pulp kneaded into the batter, giving it a subtle roasted banana aroma. There are also avocado egg rolls with a caramel-like flavor, as well as black sesame, fresh milk, and chocolate flavors, all with a crispy and solid texture. Besides egg rolls, their banana ice black tea is also very popular. It's made by first placing fresh banana ice in the cup, then pouring in Nantou Yuchi Ruby Black Tea. The tea aroma brings out a natural fruity sweetness, making it smooth and refreshing.
