Early this year, I saw someone recommend drinking chia seeds, so I got curious and tried it. Unexpectedly, I haven't had allergies this summer. Every year around summer, I'd sneeze and get a runny nose, and sometimes even a fever requiring allergy medication. But this year, no allergies at all. Even when changing out my wardrobe for the season, I didn't need a mask and I'm fine. I find it incredible.
