I think eating bitter melon, bell peppers, and eggplant is an adult taste
Speaking of which, even though I'm already an adult 0.0 I still have a kid's palate. Bitter melon, bell peppers, and eggplant are really the top 3 disliked flavors for kids. Can everyone accept these three things? Sometimes, things you hated as a child become things you love as an adult? Or you don't hate them, but you wouldn't specifically seek them out? Or do you still really hate them? A kid's palate is probably... liking sweet things and fried things? I love everything kids would like~ Are you a kid's palate or an adult's palate?

A little bit of bitter melon is okay, I already like bell peppers, and for eggplant it depends on how it's cooked. Eggplant tempura or Japanese-style eggplant that's lightly fried to lock in the original flavor and then seasoned with soy sauce are also delicious. What people dislike about eggplant is that some always try to cook it into a mushy mess with heavy flavors.
