Daily Chess Game: Tried to checkmate but ended up trapping myself

Everyone can view from left to right. I've arranged the photos in order. The first picture shows the opponent (White) moving their pawn to d3. They probably wanted to connect the Queen with the pawn by moving it to e4, creating a checkmate situation. But because my knight blocked e4, they couldn't checkmate in one move. They could still checkmate by going to c4, but this move by the opponent's pawn actually forced me to d4, trapping my King at e3 and c3. (The opponent's King was stuck and couldn't move.) This created an opportunity for a subsequent checkmate. I moved the Rook to e8, forcing them to only move their King (they couldn't move the Queen). Then the Queen went around and captured the opponent's Rook on the 1st file, which was undefended. After that, the Queen only moved on white squares, forcing the King to move, and then the Rook came to connect with the Queen. Successfully checkmated. For those who looked closely, you'll notice the opponent actively moved their Queen. They were one step away from checkmate. Because I forced the King to move, I didn't give them the chance to make that extra move. 😊 Oh my gosh, I'm so amazing. By the way, the opponent had a solution. If they had moved the Bishop to b3, I would have lost.
