Rip's Diet Battle

After a satisfying feast, Rip stumbled out of the shop, patting his round belly. "Hoo… I ate too much…" He struggled to walk, carrying his takeout bag. Poof, passing by, happened to see him. Poof rubbed her eyes and looked at Rip's plump back in surprise. "Ah! Who is that? Is that Rip?!" To help her good friend, Poof put on her athletic headband, blew her whistle, and enthusiastically jumped out. "I'll help you exercise! Diet!!" And so, the special diet training began! Poof tapped Rip with a small wooden stick from behind to urge him on, while Rip panted and tried his best to run forward. "So tired… Hoo… Hoo…" Before long, Rip couldn't take it anymore and collapsed onto the ground, sticking out his tongue and wailing. "I can't do it anymore…" Poof kindly walked over and massaged his back. Lying on the ground, panting, Rip turned his head helplessly and said weakly, "So tired… Stop hitting me… I won't be able to lose weight…" Seeing Rip gasping for breath, Poof reached out her small hand to cheer him on, smiling brightly. "You can do it, Rip! You got this!" Beside them, a wooden sign bore a heartwarming message: "Healthy body, happy eating!"
