Orange and White on the Keyboard: Shami's Disruption

With my glasses on, I intended to tackle the complex chart data on my computer screen in one go this cozy afternoon. A warm, retro lamp was lit on my desk, and a mug with a cat's face on it was in my hand. Everything seemed perfect, until "the god of chaos," Shami, arrived. "Shami!" I called out helplessly. This little creature with orange and white stripes and two big, floppy ears was shamelessly shoving herself into my arms, planting her furry paws firmly on the keyboard. Her haughty gaze seemed to say, "Is the computer prettier than me?" When I tried to reach for the touchpad, she went limp, her long orange and white tail sweeping across my thigh, completely cutting off my operational route. My gaze fell on the open diary by the desk, which clearly stated, "Shami is a chaos god." It seemed this was her Nth offense of the day. She even tried to paw at the screen, looking like she was about to delete my painstakingly prepared report with a single keystroke. Seeing her defiant "What are you going to do about it?" expression, the anger I had been holding back instantly dissipated. In this study filled with warm light, my work progress had clearly gone down the drain. I sighed and resignedly turned my hands to knead her soft, floppy ears. Oh well, I'll deal with the data tomorrow. This "human vs. cat computer battle" today was, without a doubt, another decisive victory for Shami. Asking why I'm not 'Yuebanmi' (月半咪)? Just kidding, if that plump body of hers sat on it, the laptop would explode 🤣
