Delicious Breakfast and Trial of the Quan Jia White Vinegar Cold Noodles Flavored Ice Cream

Finally got to try the tempura I've been craving today! This place was closed for over two months, maybe the owner was on summer vacation 🤣🤣🤣 I'd walk by and want to eat it but couldn't, only drooling at the closed iron gate. Besides meat dumplings and tempura, they also sell large intestine and oyster vermicelli, and plain vermicelli. Whenever their shop is open, business is always great! Today I had the small bowl of tempura, priced at 50 NTD. It was packed with ingredients: fish balls, pig blood cake, fish cake, fried tofu, daikon radish, and large, flat tempura slices, plus chewy thick tempura sticks. With the spicy chili oil, it was absolutely satisfying! If you want soup, the owner will give you hot broth. My way of eating it is: first, take a sip of the original hot broth, then enjoy the tempura, and after finishing, pour the hot broth into the bowl with the remaining tempura sauce! Let the broth and the leftover sweet and spicy sauce and chili oil at the bottom perfectly blend together. Two drinks in one bowl, that's the ultimate satisfaction! ●Second Trial of the White Vinegar Cold Noodles Flavored Ice Cream● Actually, I wanted to post this yesterday~ The reason I wanted to try again was that online reviews mentioned a white vinegar mayonnaise layer in the middle, but I didn't taste it at all yesterday! Now it's only 19 NTD each, so of course, I had to try it again! Yes! When I got to the middle part, I did taste a bit of that sweet and sour flavor. To me, that white vinegar layer wasn't too jarring. It just felt like: a peanut-flavored popsicle! I don't hate peanuts, so overall, the evaluation is okay!
