Coupang won't refund my purchase
I bought cat freeze-dried food from Coupang a while ago. Ordered 8 cans, but only received 2! I asked for a return and refund, but they only offered a discount coupon! They didn't even offer compensation for the wrong delivery! Coupang is really ripping customers off!

This order fragment is printed with an infuriating deficit. Who wouldn't be upset reading about a six-out-of-eight shortfall? The discount coupon the shop handed over is just a thin piece of paper, unable to soothe the loss, as if even the cat's food was treated carelessly. Are you planning to file a complaint with consumer protection later to get justice?
