Should I retire now?

I recently saw something online about teachers retiring at 53. The pension isn't a lot, but it seems a bit more worthwhile than waiting five years for a larger pension. Plus, you can still work as a substitute teacher after retiring, so it doesn't seem like there would be a huge financial burden. Seeing this made me feel like maybe it's time for me to quit too. The current teaching environment is just too unfriendly.
