The anime adaptation of Keigo Shinzo's manga 'Hirayasumi' is set to premiere in January 2027, with the voice cast revealed! The original manga began serialization in 2021 and won the 71st Shogakukan Manga Award in 2026! The anime is produced by Production +h. and is scheduled to broadcast in January 2027. Voice Cast Hiroto Ikuta: Yuma Uchida Natsumi Kobayashi: Mayu Takahashi Hanae Wada: Rikako Aikawa Hideki Noguchi: Daisuke Namikawa Yomogi Tachibana: Yoko Hikasa Akari Yokoyama: Yume Miyamoto Ryo Ishikawa: Yuichiro Umehara Narration: Yuko Naito Hiroto Ikuta, 29, is unemployed and single, but he lives a relaxed life without much anxiety about the future. One day, he unexpectedly inherits a modest house left by an elderly woman he was not related to by blood but had a deep affection for. Soon after, his 18-year-old cousin, Natsumi Kobayashi, comes to Tokyo to attend art university, and the two begin a peculiar cohabitation. The story centers around this house, depicting how Hiroto, Natsumi, and the surrounding residents face their life's troubles and gradually build warm connections through their daily interactions. I had my eye on this series before, and I feel it's a heartwarming slice-of-life work with a relaxed pace that focuses on character emotions. While there aren't particularly strong plot conflicts, I really enjoy stories where you get to know the characters slowly through daily interactions. Looking forward to the broadcast~
