7-11

Just now at 7-11, when I was checking out, I saw a handsome guy buying a pack of Marlboro. After taking money out of his pocket and placing it on the counter, he used his right thumb to make the sign for 'thank you' to the female cashier. (I thought: He's good-looking, but he's mute. That's a bit sad.) The cashier took the money, gave him his receipt, and awkwardly returned the 'thank you' gesture with her right thumb. At this point, the guy signed 'thank you' again, and the cashier followed suit, signing 'thank you' once more. (Wow, they're both so polite!) I thought. As they were exchanging thank yous... the guy suddenly spoke: "Damn it, where's the lighter?!" Me and the people in line behind me couldn't stop laughing... Hahaha...
