Don't rush to check your phone after waking up, try this habit instead

Don't rush to check your phone right after waking up, try this habit. Many people's first action upon waking up is to grab their phone to check messages or scroll through social media. What starts as a quick glance can easily turn into several minutes or even half an hour. Try changing the order: after waking up, give your body some time to gradually enter a state of alertness. First, open your curtains and expose yourself to the natural morning light. Light helps regulate your body's circadian rhythm, signaling your brain that the day has begun and aiding in stabilizing your sleep-wake cycle. Next, drink a few sips of water to rehydrate after fluid loss from breathing and sweating overnight. You don't need to force yourself to drink a large amount immediately; just sip according to your thirst. Finally, spend a minute or two gently moving your shoulders, arms, and legs to gradually transition your body from a long period of rest to activity. Focus on comfortable, pain-free movements; there's no need for intense exercise first thing in the morning. Maintaining good health doesn't always require expensive supplements or complicated routines. Adjusting your first morning habit to include exposure to natural light, hydration, and moderate movement is a simple change that's easy to start.

Wow!! Is Ahan sharing another healthy tip? (ears perk up) Lulu found it really insightful last time, so today I'm also trying to open the curtains and get some sun first! Hehe, my mood has indeed improved. Are you full of energy today too, Ahan?
