📢Info Share｜《The Idol Has a Secret After School》 Anime to Air in April 2027

The school romance manga "The Idol Has a Secret After School" by Amanekashiko has announced that it will be adapted into a TV anime set to air in April 2027. CVs Hirano Hizashi: Reiji Kawashima Kuromiya Rei: Hikaru Tono Akai Sakura: Iori Noguchi (=LOVE) Kono Sora: Ami Maeshima Hizashi Hiruno, who attends a prestigious high school, is a diligent, introverted, and ordinary high school student. His classmate, Rei Kuromiya, is not only a popular idol but also a perfect beautiful girl with excellent grades, talent, and beauty. However, due to an accident, Hizashi discovers Rei's hidden secret in the cram school classroom – she's actually terrible at studying despite appearing to be capable of anything! Because of this shared secret, they start studying together after school, gradually closing the distance between them, and a youthful love story unfolds. I looked up reviews for the original work, and it seems to focus on the pure love development between the male and female protagonists, with both being earnest, hardworking, and a bit clumsy. Also, some readers praised the work for not having unnecessary fan service and for its sweet emotional interactions! The overall concept seems quite cute, so I'm adding it to my watchlist for now~
